POLICY
We may not agree on everything but at least you will know where I stand.
HOPE(Holyk Options in Public Education)
Taking back our schools has got to be a priority. My HOPE Bill would create a national school choice voucher system where the federal funds follow the students. We need to get the teachers unions out of dictating curriculum and school policy for students and back to teacher contracts and legal representation. The American educational systems need to be focused more on skilled trades and less on sending kids to University and teachers need to be free to use the best teaching methods available to them. America should have the highest educational standards in the world.
THE SAVE ACT
An overwhelming majority of Americans think that some kind of citizenship verification should be in place for national elections. Making sure that only American citizens are voting is not controversial. I have provided a clear path to passing the SAVE Act by simply covering the cost of the required documentation to comply with the SAVE Act for people who cannot afford it. That ties it directly to the budget and conforms with the Byrd rule. American’s faith in elections must be restored and the Senate needs to get this bill passed into law. We must work to pass the SAVE Act and then codify presidents Trumps EO on the USPS into federal law.
SOCIAL SECURITY
Decades of mismanagement have created a situation where Social Security will soon be insolvent. Raising taxes on payroll won't solve the problem either. This entire program needs to be overhauled. In 2026 Social Security should operate more as a retirement program for working class Americans rather than welfare for the mentally ill and disabled. The funds should be sealed and invested, and you should only be able to collect if your spouse or parents paid in to the program. We have a scenario where 181 million Americans have SS taken from their paychecks with only around 70 million collecting yet the program is still almost to insolvency. This is a mismanagement problem. SS currently operates more like a corrupt Ponzi scheme about to collapse, rather than a stable retirement option for working class Americans.
BORDER POLICY
Much of what I have been calling for over the last 2 years, has already been accomplished: Declaring the cartels terrorist organizations, declaring fentanyl a biological weapon, and using military force against the cartels. There is still much to be done to enact lasting change. We must finish the border wall, make crossing the border a felony, and require proof of asylum at the border.
TERM LIMITS
I have been adamant that I support term limits and have made the commitment that I will only serving two terms in the US Senate.
IMMIGRATION
We need to be more selective about who we let into our country. I support removing eligibility for undocumented immigrants to receive social services, revoking the ability for nations to be granted TPS, and not allowing immigration from 3rd world nations.
PAWS
Federal funding for animals adoptions, animals rescues, veterinary services, and a dedicated criminal unit to crack down on animal traffickers, dog fight rings and puppy mills.
